Order your blood biomarkers online through our lab test partner, Ulta Lab Tests

Ulta Lab Tests allows you to order the blood biomarkers needed for the Metabolic Checkup full assessment. No doctor appointment or visit is required. The blood draw will be conducted at a Quest Diagnostics center local to you.

These biomarkers include:

  • Lipids panel
    • Total cholesterol
    • LDL cholesterol
    • HDL cholesterol
    • Non-HDL cholesterol
    • Cholesterol / HDL-C ratio
    • Triglycerides
  • Fasting glucose
  • Fasting insulin
  • A1c

If you do not have any of the biomarkers listed above, or you want to get a fresh readout, click the MetCheck panel button below. The MetCheck panel contains all of the required biomarkers bundled together for $69 plus a one-time blood draw fee of $12.95.
